As your full-time local area specialist my goal is to deliver a high level of service to exceed your expectations. My education is in Economics and my professional background is in client services, marketing and sales. This provides an excellent combination of skills that I put to work for you as we navigate through the process, beginning at our initial consultation all the way through to closing and beyond.

When working with buyers, especially first time home buyers, it’s important to make sure everyone is fully informed. I provide resources such as a buyer’s guide that details every step of the process, a thorough consultation so I can understand exactly what you’re looking for, an on-going review of market conditions for areas of interest and inventory, and partnerships with reputable real estate professionals such as lenders for pre-approval, attorneys, home inspectors, title and insurance companies and contractors.
My seller clients are provided with in-depth analysis of current and upcoming market conditions to position their home to sell for top dollar. Before even coming on the market I guide my sellers on staging, de-cluttering and preparing their home to be most appealing to buyers. I provide professional photos to showcase the best features of every home and ensure the listing description fully captures what makes the home special. Marketing includes extensive Internet reach and social media marketing as well as direct mail, email, neighborhood and telephone promotions.
After negotiating and accepting an offer, I am extremely involved in the many steps to successfully close, including overseeing the transaction during attorney review, home inspection, bank appraisal, negotiating inspection items, financing, repairs and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Finally, throughout the years I have many experiences in buying and selling my personal residences so I bring a lot of empathy to my clients. I totally understand what you’re going through and that makes me a better realtor as a result!
